Purchased Items Left at an Event:
Please contact Caravan Aesthetic if you cannot pick up your item at the selected market. If you do not pick up your item and Caravan Aesthetic is not notified, your item will be held for 3 days in order to facilitate a new pick-up. If we still haven't heard from you after three days, your item will be considered 'abandoned' and will not receive a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened and undamaged items will receive a store credit (minus shipping) if returned within 30 days of purchase. At this time, Caravan Aesthetic is not accepting returns on food or beverage items.
Items damaged en route will receive a replacement item. Please contact Caravan Aesthetic within
7 days of delivery with pictures of the damage. Send a detailed description along with pictures to: thegypsie@caravanaesthetic.com
